What you'll do

• Perform residential remodeling carpentry
• read plans and specifications
• complete framing, finish carpentry, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and detailed finish work
• coordinate with project managers and teammates
• maintain safe, clean, organized jobsites
• troubleshoot field challenges
• mentor less experienced carpenters
• communicate with homeowners and coworkers.
