What you'll do

• Develop and implement standards of care
• oversee licensed nursing and direct patient care staff
• prepare and monitor QAPI statistics and improvement plans
• maintain infection control logs
• manage EQRS and NHSN reporting
• oversee anemia management and patient outcomes
• prepare staff schedules
• maintain employee files and competency documentation
• coordinate training and education
• collaborate with the Medical Director, Administrator, and interdisciplinary team.
