What you'll do

• Provide person-centered care
• assist residents with activities of daily living, medication support, meals, and routines
• monitor well-being, communicate changes, and maintain documentation
• help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• collaborate with coworkers and follow community policies and state regulations. Requires current Arizona Caregiver Certification, CPR, AED, and First Aid certification, an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, TB clearance documentation, and age 21 or older. Availability must include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
