Sign, Print, and Graphic Design Project Manager

The Sign, Print, and Graphic Design Project Manager is an onsite role in Shirley, MA. Compensation is $23–$25 per hour. The role supports inside sales and customer project work at AlphaGraphics. The project manager helps customers move print and design projects from inquiry through proofing and production, while supporting sales growth and positive client experiences. The role also follows up on leads, maintains customer communications, and assists with production when needed.

What you'll do

• Learn AlphaGraphics products, services, production processes, capabilities, and pricing
• consult with customers and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
• capture project requirements
• manage proofs and customer updates
• edit or create print-ready files using Adobe Suite
• prepare accurate estimates
• resolve customer inquiries
• use MIS and CRM tools
• follow up on leads
• assist sales and production as requested.
