What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• observe residents and record significant conditions and reactions
• notify supervisors, families or responsible parties, and physicians of changes or significant incidents
• take vital signs
• address nursing staff non-compliance with regulations and facility policies
• modify care plans, care directives, and aide flow sheets as resident conditions change.
