What you'll do

• Interview employees and subject matter experts
• create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process maps, job aids, and visual tools
• support training and quality initiatives
• identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
• help implement and sustain changes
• design verification controls
• collaborate with manufacturing stakeholders.

Why this role

Requires five or more years in manufacturing, operations, quality, engineering, or a related environment. Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Kaizen, and manufacturing software experience are preferred.
