What you'll do

• Lead assigned box office shifts
• open and close locations
• process ticket sales, exchanges, will call, refunds, and other transactions
• prepare settlements and reconcile sales
• fulfill internal ticketing requests
• maintain supplies
• communicate issues to the manager
• assist customers and resolve concerns
• guide, train, and mentor ticketing staff.
