What you'll do

• Coordinate pre-construction meetings and processes
• manage field staff, trade partners, materials, schedules, scope, and budgets
• visit job sites to monitor quality and client service
• communicate project status to clients
• coordinate change orders and completions
• coach direct reports
• participate in required meetings
• and partner with Production Management and HR on field staff performance reviews.
