What you'll do

• Support employee leave programs and maintain related documentation
• assist with benefits administration and eligibility records
• provide administrative support for payroll compliance, including timecard and eligibility review
• support onboarding, status changes, transfers, leaves, accommodations, and offboarding
• maintain compliance policies, procedures, forms, and records
• partner with HR leadership on employee compliance matters
• assist with safety and training documentation as needed
• protect confidential employee information.
