The Human Resources Manager, Manufacturing role is based in Indiana, with compensation of $90,000–$120,000 per year. Workspire is recruiting for a growing manufacturing and infrastructure platform; the role serves as the primary people partner for the Connersville site. The manager leads site HR operations and partners with plant leadership to support recruiting, employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, safety, and employee engagement in a manufacturing environment.

What you'll do

• Advise plant leaders on performance and employee matters
• lead investigations
• manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning
• maintain employee records and HRIS data
• support payroll, benefits, leaves, accommodations, workers’ compensation, and unemployment claims
• support compensation reviews and compliance
• track workforce metrics
• partner on safety, training, engagement, retention, and organizational change.
