What you'll do

• Assist with master project schedules
• facilitate information flow among owners, designers, preconstruction, quality assurance, subcontractors, suppliers, and field divisions
• document coordination meetings
• manage and log RFIs and submittals
• track potential changes
• document closeout procedures
• prepare warranty letters and operations manuals
• travel to jobsites approximately once per month.
