What you'll do

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process
• lead assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues
• deliver patient- and family-centered care
• maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
• coordinate care and identify clinical priorities
• participate in shared governance, peer review, and professional development
• and promote improved patient outcomes. Schedule is 36 hours per week, 7 p.m.–7 a.m., every other weekend, with no call.
