Private Equity Debt Finance Associate Attorney

The Private Equity Debt Finance Associate Attorney will work onsite at the firm’s Silicon Valley-area location in Redwood City, CA. Compensation is $225,000–$260,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The attorney will join the firm’s Debt Finance group.

What you'll do

• Represent private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in debt financing transactions.
• Advise on term and revolving loan facilities, leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth financings.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, commitment papers, collateral agreements, and related deliverables alongside experienced finance attorneys.
