What you'll do

• Manage residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion
• develop and communicate schedules
• coordinate labor, materials, equipment, vendors, deliveries, and subcontractors
• monitor budgets
• communicate with clients
• support field staff and resolve project issues
• coordinate material ordering, warehouse delivery acceptance, and inventory
• obtain bids and negotiate pricing
• manage milestone invoice collection
• coordinate punch lists and closeout
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training
• improve Production Department policies, procedures, and systems.
