Graduate Nurse — LPN or RN

The Graduate Nurse role is onsite in Worcester, MA, with openings for 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 3 p.m.–11 p.m., and 11 p.m.–7 a.m. Pay ranges from $35–$40 per hour for LPNs and $42–$47 per hour for RNs, depending on shift. The role supports resident care through assessments, documentation, medication administration, and coordination with the care team.

What you'll do

• Meet residents’ nursing and rehabilitation needs
• maintain care plans
• follow and transcribe physician orders
• provide or assist with nursing care and treatments
• review records and document nursing notes
• evaluate resident needs
• report significant findings and contact physicians when necessary
• administer and safely control medications
• initiate emergency procedures
• protect resident health information
• perform other duties assigned by nursing leadership.
