What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple properties
• lead and support on-site teams through seasonal turnover
• drive pre-leasing strategy and online marketing
• support resident experience
• track leasing, renewals, and revenue goals
• use Yardi and Entrata for occupancy, leasing activity, and reporting
• maintain awareness of Los Angeles housing regulations and Fair Housing compliance
• help onboard new units
• partner with leadership on portfolio strategy.
