The Software Engineer (TypeScript/JavaScript) role is hybrid in San Francisco, CA; the base salary range is $130,000–$215,000 per year. The engineer builds, maintains, and promotes the JavaScript client library and works with design and engineering teams to deliver production-ready interfaces. The role also contributes to front-end applications, backend and API work, CI/CD, component documentation, and cross-functional feature releases.

What you'll do

• Own, build, and maintain the JavaScript client library
• integrate native libraries into JavaScript/TypeScript using tools such as N-API, node-addon-api, or Wasm
• build front-end applications with React, Redux, Vite, Web Workers, and WebSockets
• contribute to Python or Rust backend, REST API, and database work
• translate design handoffs into production-ready components
• maintain CI/CD and npm publishing
• document components
• collaborate on feature rollouts.
