• Complete resident work orders and preventive maintenance

• prepare vacant apartments for leasing by inspecting, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors, obtaining supplies, completing tasks, and inspecting work
• track maintenance inventory
• document service requests
• maintain grounds and common areas
• and follow a flexible schedule with on-call work.
