The assistant director supports nursing operations, staff development, and care coordination, helping the Director of Nursing and facility leadership maintain safe, compliant, and effective services. The role also champions clinical coordination for residents receiving care in the facility’s five-chair dialysis den.

What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Nursing and facility leaders in planning nursing operations
• coordinate initiatives and responsibilities
• serve as care champion for the five-chair dialysis den
• monitor nursing units and communicate policies
• evaluate performance and support coaching and mentoring
• build professional relationships with residents, families, staff, and the interdisciplinary team
• conduct rounds and oversee nursing administration.
