What you'll do

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate communication, and onboarding preparation
• complete hiring, onboarding, I-9, and E-Verify documentation
• maintain confidential candidate records
• present new-hire orientation in person and virtually
• coordinate recruiting events
• deliver classroom and hands-on driver training using the STAR Stier Clear curriculum
• support driver onboarding and qualification requirements
• travel across state lines as needed.
