What you'll do

• Make outbound patient collection calls
• review accounts before referral to a collection agency
• research returned-mail addresses
• perform billing or verification tasks as assigned
• respond accurately and professionally to patient account inquiries
• assist Patient Access Representatives with onsite collections
• provide backup Customer Service phone coverage and answer incoming calls.
