What you'll do

• Reconcile received parts and pricing against packing slips
• prepare parts for sale
• stock and rotate inventory
• process rebates and code invoices
• maintain scanned dealership and OEM invoices
• report discrepancies
• ship parts
• complete purchase orders and verify prices
• track orders and coordinate transfers with counter staff and drivers.
