What you'll do

• Provide first-level customer contact and resolve customer issues
• escalate unresolved queries and route problems to appropriate resources
• update customer data and produce activity reports
• guide customers through problem-solving
• follow up through resolution
• document and close issues
• recommend procedure improvements
• investigate issues with minimal guidance
• support security compliance by assessing vulnerabilities, implementing controls, and reviewing security logs.
