What you'll do

• Assist with maintenance, repair, and installation of structures and equipment, including locks, doors, floors, walls, handrails, roofs, piping, fixtures, and drains
• inspect roof drains
• assist with masonry repairs and demolition
• paint PATH and tenant-occupied areas
• support snow removal and adverse-weather response
• complete training in carpentry, masonry, plumbing, painting, and Fire Marshal tasks.
