What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• promote State Farm insurance products and services
• gather information to identify and qualify leads
• follow up on campaign and referral leads to schedule agent appointments
• answer basic insurance questions
• maintain prospect and interaction records
• follow State Farm guidelines and compliance standards
• report call activity, lead generation, and appointments.
