Valve and Industrial Service Coordinator

Job overview

The Valve and Industrial Service Coordinator role is onsite five days per week in Auburn, MA, paying $22–$32 per hour based on experience and qualifications, with overtime eligibility for hours over 40 in a week. The role supports NECI’s valve and asset repair business; NYNE Mechanical is a division of NECI. The coordinator manages customer communication, work orders, scheduling, and documentation across shop and field service activity. By coordinating jobs from initial request through closeout, the role helps technicians and service teams deliver repair work and support customer equipment uptime.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with customers, sales, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors to scope, quote, schedule, and execute service work
• create and update work orders
• coordinate shop and field service from request through closeout
• communicate schedule and scope changes
• use the IFS system for proposals, work orders, customer orders, and purchase orders
• support reconciliation, reporting, and repair documentation
• maintain customer records and service documentation.

Why this role
