What you'll do

• Complete maintenance service requests and work orders involving HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and housekeeping
• complete apartment turnovers for scheduled move-ins
• work safely and efficiently
• respond to after-hours emergency calls and be on call as needed, including nights and weekends
• travel to other properties or training as required.
