What you'll do

• Lead initial facility outreach and relationship development

• serve as primary contact for assigned facility partners
• conduct on-site visits and meetings
• develop territory growth strategies
• coordinate onboarding and clinical integration
• educate facility staff on services and referral workflows
• monitor census, admissions, utilization, and outcomes
• identify and address workflow barriers
• support account growth and retention
• resolve partner concerns
• prepare and present performance reports
• maintain HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
