What you'll do

• Lead teams of auditors to plan and deliver timely, accurate results
• communicate with clients and internal departments
• hire, onboard, and develop remote or onsite staff
• implement performance metrics
• manage HR responsibilities for direct and indirect staff
• maintain KPIs and service-level adherence
• track and report departmental metrics
• review reports, invoices, logs, and expenses
• serve as a contact for internal and external customers
• maintain HIPAA and patient confidentiality
• coach teams and promote collaboration and accountability.

Why this role

Requires Registered Nurse licensure, 5+ years of healthcare billing audit or related experience, and 3+ years of leadership experience.
