What you'll do

• Prepare the vehicle for deliveries and learn the delivery area
• check orders for quality and accuracy
• follow delivery procedures
• provide positive customer service in person or by phone
• assist with product preparation, ingredients, and order taking
• support other workstations and complete closing duties
• process order paperwork and payments
• perform cash-management duties and use the FOCUS system
• suggestively sell and distribute door hangers
• maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• follow uniform, safety, and security standards.
