What you'll do

• Responsible for operations of assigned departments and integration of service within hospital functions.
• Collaborates in decision-making structures and processes.
• Accountable for implementing an effective and continuous program to measure, assess, and improve performance.
• Manages productivity to achieve budgetary targets.
• Assumes twenty-four hour responsibility for patient care and leadership.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor’s in Health Care related field preferred. Master’s in Health Care Administration or business degree preferred.

Experience

Minimum of three to five years in comparable position preferred. Recent clinical experience in specialty.

• Current Licensure in the state of Colorado as a Certified Respiratory Therapist.
• BLS, PALS, NRP.
• Bachelor’s in Health Care related field preferred.
