What you'll do

• Perform property walk-arounds and report safety or security issues
• order approved maintenance parts and supplies
• document and complete work orders in Quore
• conduct pool and spa water checks and clean the area
• maintain keys and check security equipment
• keep required facility records
• assist with fire-system checks
• perform painting, drywall, minor electrical, and plumbing repairs
• assist with grounds work and snow removal
• troubleshoot equipment according to experience
• respond to guest issues
• support preventive maintenance.
