What you'll do

• Manage job postings, resume screening, and candidate onboarding
• conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit
• schedule interviews between clients and candidates
• maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics
• develop job descriptions and recruitment materials with hiring managers
• communicate staffing needs to internal teams
• support recruitment strategies and process improvements
• provide a professional candidate experience.
