The Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor role is onsite in Rockland, MA, on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with compensation of $50–$60 per hour. Webster Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 110-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility focused on compassionate resident care. The supervisor coordinates nursing care and provides clinical oversight to staff during assigned shifts. The role supports safe resident outcomes by monitoring conditions, ensuring care plans and facility policies are followed, and communicating care needs with clinicians, residents, and families.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities
• provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff
• monitor resident conditions and ensure interventions are implemented and documented
• ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies
• communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families about changes in condition or care needs
• prioritize care based on clinical urgency
• support nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines
• promote teamwork and professional leadership.

Why this role
