The housekeeper cleans and maintains rooms and public areas to brand standards, helping ensure guests are satisfied. The role also communicates room status and concerns, replenishes supplies, and coordinates with housekeeping leadership to keep rooms ready for guests.

What you'll do

• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly manner. Clean guest rooms to company and brand standards, including bathrooms, linens, furniture, and floors
• restock amenities and housekeeping carts. Report room issues, missing or broken items, lost-and-found items, and maintenance concerns. Organize storage areas, transport and sort laundry, and maintain the required minimum of 45 minutes per room. Follow company processes and attend scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.
