What you'll do

• Partner with ownership to establish and operationalize the Lincoln branch
• complete hands-on onboarding and training at the Omaha office during the first few months
• provide direct skilled nursing care and administer infusions
• assist with community outreach, recruiting and hiring, scheduling, and staff training during the startup phase
• oversee client care assessments, treatment plan execution, and clinical compliance
• uphold Joint Commission quality and patient safety standards.

Why this role

Active Nebraska or compact-state Registered Nurse license required. Director of Nursing experience is not required; infusion experience is strongly preferred. Initial hands-on training in Omaha is required.
