The Lead Crestron Technician role is onsite in Dublin, CA, with compensation of $40–$50 per hour. The lead technician oversees installation, configuration, and service of smart-home and security systems, translating project plans into reliable installations. What you'll do

• Lead and guide installation teams at job sites
• coordinate with project managers, programmers, and system designers
• oversee installation of security, access control, surveillance, automation, and AV systems to company standards
• conduct final walkthroughs, documentation, and functional testing
• maintain service logs and client signoffs
• resolve technical and installation issues
• prepare tools and materials and plan installation approaches
• maintain clean and safe job sites
• stay current on technologies and installation techniques
• share process-improvement insights
• represent the brand professionally
• contribute ideas for system performance, layout, and aesthetic integration.
