What you'll do

• Greet guests
• encourage club membership signups
• create patron accounts and maintain accurate database information
• explain policies, programs, and promotions
• assist with Text Club, E-Club, and marketing signups
• distribute qualifying gifts and drawing entries
• maintain confidentiality
• attend required training
• comply with gaming regulations
• assist other resort departments as needed.
