What you'll do

• Process accounts receivable billings for government, commercial, and nonprofit customers
• perform accounting data entry
• review, code, and verify billings, invoices, checks, and journal entries
• prepare accounting statements and financial reports
• respond to receivable inquiries and follow up with customers or subsidiaries
• reconcile accounts and bank statements
• assist with special projects and team support.
