The Memory Care Coordinator - Senior Living Community - Billings is an onsite role located in Billings, MT. The salary for this position is $65,000 per year. This role supports the wellness team at MorningStar Senior Living. This role exists to manage all facets of service to address resident care needs in the Memory Care Community. The Memory Care Coordinator hires, trains, and supervises staff, monitors resident care needs, addresses family concerns, and acts as a liaison with community providers to ensure high-quality care for residents with dementia.

What you'll do

• Manage the staffing needs of the Reflections Community
• Assist the Business Office Manager in the completion of new hire paperwork
• Identify staff educational needs
• Conduct training for dementia related behaviors
• Assure that care staff is educated about the needs of our residents with dementia
• Observe and report symptoms and changes in condition of residents
• Assist in administering medications
• Maintain records reflecting the resident’s conditions
• Direct the supervision, oversee, and participate in the delivery of care giving
• Promotes teamwork with all departments.
