Compliance Officer

What you'll do

• Review inspection expiration reports and employer records
• inspect vehicle systems and documentation
• assess compliance with driving-hour, permit, and licensing requirements
• declare vehicles or drivers out of service when regulations are violated
• train NEMT providers and drivers, including PASS, First Aid/CPR, and defensive driving as needed
• investigate incidents and prepare reports
• maintain safety practices and provider documentation
• travel frequently, including overnight trips, and address fleet or training issues after hours and on weekends.
