Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager role is onsite in Coconut Creek, FL. Compensation is $17–$18 per hour. The position supports Fit2Run’s Store Manager in sales, customer experience, team development, and daily store operations. The assistant manager leads by example on the sales floor, coaches team members, and helps maintain store standards and operational readiness. The role is also described as a development pathway toward a Store Manager position, subject to performance and business needs.

What you'll do

• Sell on the floor and deliver the Fit process
• provide product knowledge, gait analysis, and personalized recommendations
• coach team members on selling behaviors
• assist with customer concerns
• serve as Leader on Duty during assigned shifts
• support onboarding and training
• execute opening and closing procedures
• maintain cleanliness and visual standards
• assist with promotions, scheduling coverage, inventory, merchandising, and store events.
