Working with the General Manager, hotel departments, ownership, investors, and lenders, the role provides accurate financial information and disciplined controls to support responsible decisions and the guest experience.

What you'll do

• Maintain hotel books and records in M3
• oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll transactions, treasury, and sales tax
• maintain cash flow projections and establish the annual budget
• oversee group billing, collections, deposits, credit, and receivables
• prepare month-end, investor, lender, and entity reporting
• coordinate with the hotel operations CPA firm on tax returns and K-1 distributions
• partner with hotel departments and ownership on financial decisions.

Why this role
