Full-Time Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Respond to leasing inquiries, identify prospect needs, conduct tours, and explain apartments, pricing, amenities, and lease terms. Use sales and follow-up techniques to support leasing goals
• maintain prospect, applicant, lease, and resident records in Entrata
• guide applications and prepare lease documents. Follow Fair Housing and confidentiality requirements
• support renewals, resident questions, work orders, marketing, move-ins, inspections, and leasing office presentation.
