The Project Manager, Client Delivery is an onsite position based in Raleigh, NC. The expected hiring range is $90,000–$110,000 per year. The role supports Beacon Street Development’s high-end residential development work in central North Carolina. The position guides homeowners and project partners through the residential construction process, coordinating decisions, deadlines, documentation, milestones, and follow-through from contract through HOA turnover. It helps keep projects organized while maintaining clear homeowner communication and addressing issues proactively.

What you'll do

• Manage the homeowner-related process from contract through HOA turnover across approximately 20–30 homes
• coordinate decisions, deadlines, documentation, construction milestones, and outstanding items
• serve as the primary homeowner contact
• keep selections, customizations, and change documentation moving
• connect construction progress with homeowner communications, walks, orientation, closing, and move-in
• maintain communication and follow-through through warranty and HOA turnover
• anticipate needs and potential issues and engage appropriate expertise.
