Security Door Staff

Job overview

The Security Door Staff role is onsite in Columbia, MO, and is part-time, with pay of $15–$20 per hour. At PABLO, the security team helps create a safe and welcoming environment for guests and employees. The role supports safe restaurant and nightlife operations through guest entry management, monitoring, communication, and calm handling of difficult situations. Door staff work with managers and other security staff to identify concerns early and maintain orderly guest flow.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests and manage the entrance
• check IDs and follow age and entry requirements
• monitor the restaurant, bar, VIP areas, and entrances
• manage lines and guest flow
• communicate potential problems to managers and security staff
• handle difficult situations professionally
• assist with removing guests when necessary
• and help with opening and closing security procedures.
