What you'll do
- Develop and maintain building portfolio plans
- assess occupancy, vacancy, utilization, tenant mix, and revenue performance
- maintain space supply-and-demand analyses
- develop occupancy, consolidation, backfill, and tenant placement scenarios
- identify opportunities to improve utilization and reduce vacancy costs
- analyze tenant requirements and available space
- support stacking plans and long-range occupancy strategies
- maintain occupancy forecasts
- assess asset risks
- conduct asset-level financial and performance analyses
- prepare decision papers, executive briefings, and recommendations
- coordinate planning assumptions with stakeholders
- maintain records of asset management decisions and strategies.
