The Lead Toddler Teacher role is onsite in Cary, NC, with pay of $17–$20 per hour. The teacher leads age-appropriate learning and daily activities in a safe, nurturing classroom. The role supports children’s development through curriculum delivery, observation, family communication, and collaboration with assistant and resource teachers.

What you'll do

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities using the Wonder of Learning curriculum
• maintain a safe, nurturing, inclusive classroom
• communicate with families about children’s progress and daily activities
• supervise indoor and outdoor activities
• observe, assess, and document learning and development
• participate in professional development
• support assistant and resource teachers
• use positive guidance strategies to support social-emotional growth and conflict resolution.
