OB Hospitalist Site Director

What you'll do

• Support program operations and quality care
• build relationships with hospital medical staff, nursing staff, administrative leadership, and the OB hospitalist team
• collaborate with medical and operations leaders on clinical and operational objectives
• train and develop clinicians
• communicate and enforce clinical policies
• manage minor physician issues and escalate as appropriate
• and identify ways to increase Labor and Delivery utilization. Travel to the hospital as needed is expected.
