What you'll do

• Maintain continuous surveillance of assigned aquatic areas
• identify hazards and distressed swimmers
• enforce pool rules
• conduct and document safety checks
• respond to aquatic and medical emergencies
• perform rescues and provide first aid, CPR, or AED assistance within current certification
• follow emergency procedures
• support participants’ independence and choice
• inspect equipment and facility conditions
• assist with aquatic programs and events as assigned.
